My image background was not removed correctly. What should I do?
The AI performs best on images with clear contrast between the subject and background. For challenging images (transparent objects, fine hair against complex scenes), try uploading a higher-resolution version of the photo. If the issue persists, use the contact form above and attach a description of the image.
Are my uploaded images stored on your servers?
No — never. Your images are sent directly from your browser to the remove.bg API over an encrypted HTTPS connection. BG Eraser Pro does not receive, store, or archive a copy of any image you upload. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Which image formats are supported?
BG Eraser Pro accepts PNG, JPG / JPEG, SVG, and WebP image files up to 10 MB in size. The output is always a transparent PNG file regardless of the input format.
Can I use BG Eraser Pro for commercial projects?
Yes. The transparent PNG you download belongs entirely to you. You may use it for personal or commercial projects without any restriction from BG Eraser Pro. You remain responsible for ensuring you own or have licensed the original source image.
